Gucci's prima donna will stay with the original Italian fashion house for over 12 years. Frida Giannini rose quickly through the ranks. She succeeded Tom Ford in 2004 as creative director of accessories, then became creative director of all of Gucci two years later. Her love of history, proportion and floral tones will mark her time at the Roman house.
